My experiences with Lindsay were always a sweet relief to my busy life. Besides physically feeling relief, I felt mentally/emotionally supported and would leave with a clearer frame of mind. Her personality is refreshing and it's obvious she genuinely loves being in service to others well-being. If I lived closer, I would see her multiple times a month, definitely worth it!

I was given an Arvigo a few times from Lindsay. She was amazing. I felt more relaxed and not as tense in my lower abdominal. She checked in to make sure the pressure was right for me which I really appreciated. The end of the session I felt great. :c)
