Lucianne and her team from Tidy Transformers are very friendly, very professional, always quick to reply when I call, very hard workers, left the house clean and smelling fresh. Near perfect in every regard, and we are hiring them on the regular.

Lucianne was excellent to work with! She was very punctual and extremely thorough in cleaning my bathroom, kitchen, living room and bedroom in my apartment. I would definitely recommend her for any regular/deep house cleaning.

Overall was underwhelmed by the final product. I needed my basement deep cleaned and explicitly stated that before and during my booking. They did not show up with a cleaning bucket and at that point I should have cancelled because I figured I was about to get a subpar service and I did. I walked them through the basement and pointed out key areas for cleaning. They did not clean the beams in the ceiling or the dust pans or the water heater and furnace which is where most dust accumulates. But they did vacuum and wipe down exposed plumbing pipes. Unfortunately, the service provided was not what I expected. I spent an hour after they left cleaning the areas I hoped they would have hit. I paid $165 for a 500sq ft, deep basement cleaning. I could have paid that for an entire house cleaning of my 1 bed, 1 bath home and got more done if they were not capable of doing a deep cleaning as I requested. Would not recommend or rehire. They did seem to be nice people though.
