- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All prices are based on $50 per hour rate. Estimates can be provided on hourly, flat fee or per project basis. An up front deposit may be required for first time, remote or out-of-state customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I provide an estimate, then a list of terms and scheduling, then, upon acceptance of terms, pencil sketches or first drafts are produced per the client's instructions or written descriptions. Prices typically include 1-2 rounds of complimentary revisions (no discount if revisions are not needed). Final art is produced upon approval of roughs or first drafts, and transmitted to the client via e-mail attachment or FTP upload, in whatever file formats required by the client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Along with a B.S. Degree in Communication Arts, I offer more than 30 years of professional illustration and Graphic Design experience.
