What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We don’t charge a separate fee just for coming to your property. We do have a minimum charge, equivalent to the price of cleaning one room of carpet. If you have multiple rooms, each additional room is priced at a reduced rate, so you **won’t pay the full one-room price for every room**.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, new customers contact us through our website or by calling our office. One of our friendly representatives will discuss your cleaning needs, answer any questions, and, when possible, provide an estimate over the phone. Scheduling is simple and straightforward, and we send email reminders before your appointment so you can easily confirm your availability. From your first call to the completion of your cleaning, we’re here to make the process easy and convenient.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team receives training based on industry best practices, including training from the IICRC (Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification) covering our core cleaning services. We also use ongoing cross-training within our team to ensure our technicians are up to date on proper cleaning techniques, equipment, and our company’s quality standards.
