Im a seasoned business owner with limited legal experience/encounters when it comes to an accident or injuries. I was a victim in a car accident (not at fault) and the treatment from the insurance company of the party at fault was a nightmare. They treated me like I was at fault. I was the one STANDING at a red light while the other party plowed into my rear. One of my associates recommended Josh Berman. From the day I first met him with my case, I couldnt have been more satisfied. He reviewed my case and explained the steps we were going to take. Throughout the process, Josh would personally explain and take me through the steps. The whole process from beginning to end. I cannot recommend a better lawyer. He is simply the best.
