#1-Pro. Organizing Services:
*Pls NOTE I have a (4) hr minimum
*Hourly Rate $75
-Ive been an Organizer for +9 years
-Ive COMPLETED (+)3,000 Projects…& counting!
-I’m a Top Producer on Thumbtack (+3) yrs in our DMV Area(s)

-I’ve Compassion in every situation & understand many times Clients can fall behind on their “homes upkeep” due to personal setbacks so Important to come with a genuine kind heart
-Im Very Honest & any personal doc’s/charge cards/money/jewelry I always set aside for Client
-Am well experienced with my several Clients who’ve been challenged with ADHD/ADD/OCD
-Im very FAST & NEVER “try & run out the clock” & will see me in Constant-Motion

#2 Packing/Unpacking Services:
PLS NOTE I HAVE (4) HOUR MINIMUM
*Hourly Rate for Packing…$60/hr
*Hourly Rate for Unpacking is like my Organizg Rate as when I’m unpacking I’m also creating a Custom Organizg System for each Client…$75/hr
ATTN: No offense to the gentlemen, but If you’ve ever used Mover’s guys they can be MAJOR SLOPPY w/their packing acumen😢so if APPRECIATE a ~WOMANS TOUCH~

-I worked with a Top local Moving Company in charge of “Breakables” & with that, I learned A1 Packing Skills & Speed
-I’ve several Assistants for Larger Jobs & no job too Small or Large
-I’m ONLY PACKING SERVICE WHOSE ALSO A PRO. ORGANIZER on Thumbtack & my Quality of work is a definite CUT ABOVE MY COMPETITION
#3-Design Consulting:
-I’m a Pro. Home Stager +25 yrs & offer Design Consults where I-come out & walk your Rooms of interest thruout your Home then offer ideas ranging from but not limited to:
-Helping to identify Clients style they wish to decorate in
-Furniture pieces & Room Placement ideas
-Wall Art:…Location/Size/Gallery Walks…
-Wall Paint colors & identify Focal Walls
-Space planning

*Ive Included lots of Pictures of my Staging & Design Projects under “Profile”
AIRBNBS:
-If need Assist furnishing your Airbnb’s I’m a WIZ & can help from A-Z✅
-I also still do “Abbreviated Stagings” where I’ll bring in my Filler Pieces & work with Clients main furniture for “Beautiful TRANSFORMATIONS!!”
