Introduction: Get In Shape For Women is a franchise with nearly 80 locations that are individually owned and operated mainly in the Northeast, and we are the first one open in the DC metro area. I can't tell you how thrilled we are to be a part of an organization that has such a passion for fitness and helping others. We help women transform their body and their lives. We have a team of highly skilled personal trainers who work with 1 to 4 women at a time in a private, upscale studio designed specifically for women. We have a proprietary training program that the founder of Get in Shape for Women developed from over 18 years of personal training experience. The program includes the 4 necessary components for optimum body transformation: 1. Weight Training - To increase muscle tone, metabolism, and bone density 2. Cardiovascular Exercise - To increase calorie, fat burning, and get your heart in shape 3. Customized Nutrition Plan - A customized 6-meal-per-day fat burning nutrition plan 4. Accountability - You must be held accountable by someone other than yourself. One thing: we don't accept everyone into our program. We are a small studio, and so we are only able to offer services to a select group. We want to make sure the clients we bring on have a measurable goal, are committed to reaching it, and are ready to be coached. We want to make sure the clients we bring on add to the culture of transformation we have created in the studio. We offer all potential clients a free session, so we can put you through a trial workout, see how you do, ask you some questions, and then answer any questions you have. We want to make sure you are 100% comfortable before we bring you on as a client. We are open Mondays through Fridays, from 6 a.m. until noon, and then from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. We are also open on Saturdays, from 8 a.m. until noon.
