Martin was professional and promptly shared a free estimate after coming out to assess and ultimate replace our outdoor sump pump and PVC piping. His product selection, his knowledge, and his years of experience is what gave him the edge over his competition. Furthermore he is a good listener. I had mentioned that debris from trees (leaves, sticks) cause the old pump to seize. When he installed the new sump pump, he put chicken wire over the grate to minimize the chance of future debris getting into the basin. Overall, Martin takes pride in his work and craftsmanship. I was pleasantly surprised to see how well he cleaned out the basin and the surrounding area. The install of the PVC and sump-pump itself was of high-quality. He took extra steps to ensure his work would withstand the test of time. It is rare to find a professional that cares about quality of their work, offers a high-level of professionalism, and really cares about the customers need. Martin is GREAT! He took his time, exercised patience and Martin exceeded my expectation. I highly recommend Ramos Plumbing and Handyman Service.

We had a leak in our water pipe pressure valve regulator. He ordered the part and installed it several days later. He also fixed two other water pipe issues to our satisfaction. We would recommend and use him again.

Martin did a great job. He was easy to connect with via text message, was prompt, and went above and beyond to thoroughly complete the work. He stuck by the quoted price even though he ended up doing more than the original installation I had requested and it took more time than he originally anticipated. Will definitely use him again.

Martin was great. He arrived on time, was easy to communicate with and performed the smal job of installing an under sink water filter quickly and correctly. He charged a very fair price and was able to give some estimates on other random projects I need done around the house. I'll be calling on him again for sure !

RATES: $ 165.00 per hr In home estimates are $50 but will be reimbursed if our services are rendered.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I take classes at the UA Training School to be up to date on the latest equipment and codes as well as keep my licenses up to date.
What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common jobs I do are installing water heaters, snaking pipes, installing reverse osmosis systems, bathroom remodels, toilet repair and replacements, faucet repairs and replacements, garbage disposals and hose bibs.
