That's funny because the only good rating look repeated on another site. God's honest truth they are the worst experiences I have ever had doing business. Run! Mice! I can't stand. Spiders and crickets infested all summer long. My kitchen light did not work for 2 years. My Carpet was not laid right so you trip a lot. Water damage took 3 years to even give a darn about. Not having heat for weeks. Now that was awful. I had to have my own Patio professionally cleaned to do away with animal feces and garbage on a regular basis. This company will take advantage. Maintenance people will act as if they don't understand you when they finally do come. These are just a few of the issues I had.
