The work in my apartment and at the sump puump was done was in a timely matter and with and by professional indivisuals that were pleasent and focus on the job that need to be done. I personal thank you the management and maintance departments for making sure this was done.

So far since the Management have changed in a positive way have reasoned when I either called of or a maintenance problem or anything else what I am not happy with is the on going loitering on the steps and front entrance of the way for me to exit out day and night seeing folks that do not reside in my makes me feel not safe,. One issue that I would appreciate you looking into installing some washers and dryers to make it easier than have to go on Minnesota Avenue to wash. I am looking forward to see what improvements that you are going to do to make life better as I continue to reside in my apartment.

I really enjoy living in the apartment and it is very convenient for me and my family. And I also enjoy being able to get to my College in a timely manner.And having easy access to grocery store and metro. I also feel secure in my home my building is nice clean and quiet.

I overall am pretty happy - especially with maintenance requests. They areanswered, responded to, and fixed quickly. However, and I may have missedan email, but I would have appreciated knowing that y'all were cancellingpayment via cash app.
