My services are performance-based—there are no upfront fees for buyers, and for sellers my commission is competitive and transparent. I also offer referral options and flexible listing packages depending on the level of service you need. Everything is discussed in advance so there are no surprises.

I begin with a brief consultation—phone, Zoom, or in person—to understand your needs, timeline, and goals. From there, I create a tailored strategy whether you're buying, selling, or investing. I walk you through the entire process step-by-step, keep you updated in real time, and handle all the details so the experience is smooth and stress-free.

I’m a licensed real estate broker with two decades of hands-on experience in residential sales. I continuously complete advanced training in negotiations, contracts, marketing, and real estate law to stay current with market trends, technology, and best practices.
