- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Hi! I really want my services to be affordable for anyone needing them. That said -- I offer a 10% discount to anyone currently unemployed and active duty Military. I also give a discount for referral services. I do my best to offer custom packages and will work with each individual to figure out the right financial plan. Looking forward to working with you!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love talking to a new customer -- via phone and/or email to learn about their motivation and goals. During this discussion, we can decide the best way to move forward. For projects involving text writing and editing, I am only done (and paid) when you are happy with the final product!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a PhD higher education teaching-certified tutor. I've been creating and editing resumes and cover letters for over a decade.
