System Pools did a great job turning a pond back into a pool. They did draining, acid washing, line testing, coping work, and installed a new pump/filter. They were responsive, easy to work with, hard working, and beat the cost of the competition.

System Pools was not the first pool company that I engaged with to not only provide service, but also be informative. The quotes I received from other services were quite shocking. The company prior to System Pools, gave me a quote based on my written description of the problem. Essentially, the testing alone would cost me almost $1500.00. I was afraid to even ask what the actual work would cost. System Pools, responded differently. They said they could not give me an honest quote, without a site visit. I asked how much the site visit would cost me. The gentleman, said he just needed my address and he would drop by to review the pool's condition. I asked if I needed to remove the pool cover and the reply was no. They would remove the cover and replace it without charge. WHAT? Did I hear that correctly? System Pools arrived the next day, reviewed the situation and within ten minutes explained the issue with me and informed me exactly what to purchase and what I could do myself to rectify the issue. In short, my expenses for parts will be minimal. I would have gladly paid for the advice alone.
