- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Generally set pricing for the different services I provide. I carry most materials that we could possibly need to achieve the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Gathering all the information and details for the job. Such as TV size, location, Height, type of mount & any other details that might be important to know. From there just need address/phn# and set an appointment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Mounting Tvs was something i taught myself & have been doing for many years for myself and friends/family. Having an understanding of construction and the experience I had flipping houses has been very useful in this field as its always best to mount to something structural so the Tv is safe. Have hung 100s of TVs!
