FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing reflects the quality service and value that I provide. More specifically, it reflects the Labor, materials (if needed) and mileage (if client lives outside of the 25 mile radius) needed for each project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I usually recommend an in-person or virtual assessment to ensure that I can be of service to the client. This also helps me get a better idea of what the client needs so that I can properly quote and give guidance. Then, if everything is a go, I prepare proper paperwork and inform that client of the required booking procedures. After paperwork has been signed and a 50% retention fee has been paid, the booking can be completed. From there, services are rendered.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I currently have 3 years of official experience with this work through hands-on experience. I am self-taught, study my craft thoroughly and take it seriously. I also come from a family of contractors so I have an innate knack for these things. I am currently in the process of obtaining my contractors license. Being able to be of service to my clientele now makes it that much easier to finish the licensing process!
