- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is fair, transparent, and based on the scope and complexity of each project. We provide detailed estimates up front, so there are no surprises along the way. Because every job is unique, we tailor our pricing to your specific needs and materials. We also offer competitive rates and may provide discounts for repeat customers, referrals, or larger projects. Our goal is to deliver quality workmanship at a reasonable and honest price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, I start by listening carefully to their goals and expectations for the project. I then schedule an on-site visit to assess the work in person, take measurements, and discuss design or material options. After that, I provide a detailed written estimate outlining the scope of work, timeline, and costs. Once approved, I begin the project promptly and stay in constant communication with the customer until the job is completed. My focus is always on delivering quality results, maintaining a clean workspace, and ensuring the customer is completely satisfied before moving on to the next project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have extensive hands-on training and years of experience across multiple trades, including remodeling, carpentry, painting, and general home improvement. In addition, I hold a Maryland Home Improvement Contractor’s License and maintain full insurance and bonding to ensure every project meets state standards. I am also a licensed environmental inspector, certified in Lead, Radon, Asbestos, Mold, and Water and Soil testing. This combination of trade expertise and environmental certification allows me to approach each project with safety, quality, and compliance in mind.
