I was just looking and comparing the pros on this platform and messaged few including this service to know how much would it cost. This person had the audacity to send me a screenshot of some $74 bill with my name and blamed me to cost her and her friend that amount Thumbtack is costing for me to message via Thumbtack. How would I as a customer know of such unfair practices of Thumbtack? the person was rude and unprofessional. I will never hire such person or recommend. If this is the attitude prior to hiring, I'm afraid what it would be after. NO thank you!
