Job was lead removal. Easy to deal with, responsive and punctual. Great value, would (and have) hire again.

Details: No large items to haul • Yard waste, construction debris or scrap metal • Enough to fill two pickup trucks • There are no flights of stairs

I’m giving Hernandez Property services a bad review due to the multiple reasons; 1. They did not come on their schedule day to start work. They stated they could not make it. 2 Then after agreeing on a new day and time they came out to days later. They were 45 minutes late. 3. I had given them the money up front to complete the job. They started to unload their equipment. I left my house and returned two hours later. Hernandez Property services were not there when I returned. They did not complete the grass cutting and weeds removal as verbally and showed photos of exactly what needed to be completed. Also my right and left decks were full of dirt and leaves left behind. I texted Hernandez Property services right away and they said they forgot to do the cutting of Grass. I asked Hernandez Property services come back to correct the bad work. I have not heard from them at all Don’t use this company! Save yourself the trouble and use someone else. Very Bad Company
