I’m sorry you feel that way. Despite the circumstances, when I bartend I put my best effort to make sure I’m very professional and have a smile on my face. I truly hope you enjoyed your party!
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? My quoted price includes a cleaning fee, distance, bartending tools, glassware (if needed) and a portable bar. Some quotes may tend to be higher depending on the total amount attending the event and if I have to bring my bar.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? My typical process for working with a new customer is pretty simple. I like to contact the customer through email, text, phone call or meet up face to face. It allows me to answer every question the customer has so there will not be confusion on the day of the event. Once we have discussed all the details, I will create a contract that includes all the details we discussed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am a graduate of The DC Bartending School and ABC Bartending Schoo.l attend bartending school once a year, to brush up on my skills and learn new skills.
