- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing for photos starts at $145, and increases by $15 for each additional 1000 sq ft. There's also a trip fee, depending on how far the property is from Silver Spring, MD. That can be anywhere between $0-$30. We also offer a wide variety of other services, like aerial photography, video, 3D tour, and virtual staging. Feel free to check out our website to see the full list of add-ons. Most of our clients chose at least 1 add-on to improve their listing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to quickly discuss the project to figure out what the client needs, as well as any special requests. Then I'll send a link to the order page, where the client can put in all the necessary information to book the appointment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelor's degree in electronic media & film, as well as almost a decade of experience when it comes to photography and videography.
