- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have taken the time to develop a price matrix that allows me to provide quicker estimates. An abbreviated version can be found in my photo gallery. Travel fee $25-$50 based on distance from Sykesville, MD.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I take time to find out everyone's goals and expectations so that I am able to produce the most suitable item for my client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My grandmother was a college educated seamstress and my mother a hobby sewer with below average sized children who needed everything under the sun altered and tailored. I learned by watching and later taking over my own alterations. Being 5ft comes with some interesting challenges!
