They quickly identified the problem: a likely blockage ( tree roots! ) in the main line, requiring a professional cleanout. They explained the process clearly, putting me at ease. What impressed me most was their thoroughness. Before and after diving in, they used a camera snake to visually inspect the line, showing me the exact location and extent of the blockage.
