Clogrooter responded promptly to my request for services to resolve a clogged basement drain. They determined that the drain was connected to my sump pump system and the sump pumps were not functioning. Clogrooter worked consistently for a few hours to identify and fix this drainage problem. Good job!

Andy got back to me in well under 30 minutes of my reaching out. Communication with him was respectful and easy. Andy talked through the problem with me so I knew what was going on and he empowered me to make educated decisions.
