Andy got back to me in well under 30 minutes of my reaching out. Communication with him was respectful and easy. Andy talked through the problem with me so I knew what was going on and he empowered me to make educated decisions. As I requested, he clearly communicated cost to me as he went along and did not start work until it was clear how much it would cost. He cleaned up after his work even though I did not expect that. As Andy talked, it was clear that he has true passion for customer service and for plumbing. I fully endorse Andy and would use his expertise again.

Issue: Bathroom tub had hair clog towards the top of the drain. Cost of service before discount/special:$325 What you should know as a customer: A clogged pipe cost starts at $300. Pros: very responsive, professional and arrived on time. He covered his shoes before entering the home and provided advice on how to keep hair out of the drain. Cons: He is a little more expensive than other plumbers in the area. I lucked up and got a special, but $325 was a little out of my budget for this job. I tried to get a starting price and range prior to hiring this contractor, but this would not be provided.
