Stephanie has been great with our 9 week old puppy. She comes twice a day to let him out for the bathroom, plays with him, and gives him a snack. She is punctual and seems to really enjoy taking the time to make sure Dexter is happy and all his needs are met. we look forward to having Stephanie help us with our needs as our dog grows and matures. Stef is AMAZING! She has been caring for my three fur babies (2 dogs and a cat) for a year now and always does an incredible job. I have two large rescued pups and one is quite dog reactive. Stephanie is fantastic with her and ensures that everyone is well taken care of. Stephanie is incredibly skilled, patient, and loving. My dogs are always so excited to see her each time she comes for an overnight stay. Stephanie is easily accessible, friendly, and takes the very best care possible of my animals. She stays at my house to watch my pets a couple of times a month and always does and amazing job. She goes above and beyond to make sure all of their special needs are met. I don't know what we would do without her! She has truly been a life saver and has been more than willing to come stay on very short notice when necessary. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I try to price reasonably in all instances. I will usually try to give a better rate when someone is booking for days, weeks, or even months at a time, which does happen. When it's a matter of multiple visits daily, I prefer to quote at a daily rate than per visit.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I usually prefer to do a meet & greet with new clients just to be sure it's a good fit for both of us.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I read whatever I can find to further my own knowledge.
