The app would only allow me to highlight 3 areas, but Kenny hit all 5 areas, punctuality, value, quality of work, professionalism and responsiveness were all exemplified throughout the process. Kenny responded to my request timely and demonstrated scheduling flexibility by offering to complete the work at an earlier date. Excellent end to end communication and he was prompt in his arrival and task completions. What may have been a minor mounting/installation task for him helped me tremendously, as I work on bringing my makeshift home office to life. He even gave me a solid recommendation on a separate item I asked him to take a look at. On top of that he simply had a pleasant/friendly disposition and I LIKE NICE PEOPLE! Glad to finally lock in on a reliable handyman who does quality work at a reasonable rate. I will continue to book with Kenny in the future.
