- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our rates are based on a 2 hours minimum at $300 with a fully equipped truck(dollies, pads, straps, and tools for safe moves) and professional movers(2 - 5 depending on move size) If your move takes more than 2 hours each additional hour is $75. NOTE ( We do not charge for, stairs, double pick up or deliveries, furniture assemblies and disassembles etc)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customers provide their phone numbers to discuss details concerning the moving process or providing the - Date And Time of the their move - Phone - Address - Email - Deposit $30 to $50
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Having been the field of moving for some years now, we train movers on whet to do at job site. At times we go out into the field with our movers just to ensure the know what to do in handling diverse jobs and customers we met, meeting and will meet in this career.
