Step 1: Project Consultation - In most cases we recommend that our first meeting is your complimentary consultation with your Flooring Consultant to review project scope, lifestyle details, style preferences, and much more to help narrow down the thousands of available options - it is often helpful to have color and/or samples and rough dimensions with you Step 2: Measurement and Estimate - After your favorite options have been selected, you and your project consultant will set up a time for her/him to complete the measurement of the space(s) with samples in hand to finalize selection, calculate your project estimate, and review with you in detail the parts and steps that are included Step 3: Order Processing - Upon receiving the green light from you, your project will be reviewed by multiple parties to make certain all details are taken care of, all necessary materials will be ordered, and installation dates will be scheduled and confirmed with you - While we are typically 2-4 weeks out, we can hold material in our warehouse as we work with your schedule and can often move quicker for install with inventoried materials Step 4: As the installation date gets closer, your Consultant will remain in contact to answer any of your questions, keep you updated if there are any necessary adjustments based on product availability and similar, and notify you of the install crew's expected arrival times Step 5: Installation Step 6: Project Review - Your Project Consultant will check in after the installation to answer any questions you may have because we want to make certain you are happy with the results - if there are any final steps needed, they will be organized and scheduled at that point Step 7: Regular Check Ups - The Mercer Team strives to touch base with our clients to make certain that there aren't any questions or concerns and are always available for you if any pop up in the mean time
