Cesar was brillaint! He went above and beyond helping to assemble furniture but also helped in moving the furniture around. He came on time and offered same day service for a very good price. I am very happy with the work he helped me with and he went ahead to give some quick tips on how to maintain the furniture. I will definitely recommend his services to anyone. We were in search of carpet cleaning post a sheriff involved eviction and opted to go with the company that was most responsive. Luckily Briggs was the company that met that requirement. Initially our concern was that the prior left our carpets beyond repair. Tenants broke the lease agreement by have multiple pets, dogs and cats! Additionally the tenants had 4 children under the age of 8. In summary, we felt our carpets were ruined. HOWEVER, Briggs performed what we considered to be a miracle. 95% of the stains were able to be removed and the 5% that was not was still pretty much acceptable. Additionally, the Briggs team revived our cherry hardwood floors. The tenants opted not to place their furniture on rugs or coasters therefore there were a lot of sticky substances and scratches on the floor. We did not get a miracle after cleaning because scratches are scratches but the cleaning resulted in bringing back the luster and shine of the original floor. Awesome job. In summary, Briggs not only met but exceeded our expectations and based on their responsiveness and professionalism they will always be the first call we make for our flooring needs.

Bryan did a great job cleaning our carpet as we readied my Mom's house for sale. He was very professional and easy to work with. He arranged to complete the job right when we needed it after we emptied the house of all furniture and the carpets looked great when he was done.
I hired Carlos and team after I had a pipe break in the basement wall, leading my wall-to-wall carpet to get soaked with water. I was impressed with Carlos' responsiveness and professionalism throughout the entire process from beginning to end. It worked also quite well in the trilateral interactions between Carlos, my home insurance officer, and me. After they were all done (in fact, even while they were doing the last stages of work) I did notice an unpleasant odour that was never there before the water damage. I contacted Carlos about it, and he gave me a list of recommendations what I should try and do. I was not excited about the bad odour, making it hard for me to spend more than a few mins downstairs, leave alone using the space for guests staying over as I used to in the past. But I did appreciate that Carlos continued to try to advice me on it. Eventually, ever so slowly, the odour reduced by much (though never completely disappeared, and I still don't feel comfortable having people sleep there. But it's improvement, thanks to Carlos advice on steps to take. Carlos was also really responsive when I brought up another (more minor because easily fixable) issue of a wardrobe which came aparat in the back. Both his team and subsequently wall painters had moved furniture around. Unlike the painter, Carlos even volunteered to come and take a look at it and if it's easy to do, to fix it. I appreciated this gesture (I ultimately didn't ask him to come, as I plan to deal with it via a handyman who can come on weekends, while Carlos only works weekdays). Overall, very good experience with Carlos and his crew!
Rosie Reds did a great job on my home! The two-person crew, who were both pleasant, cleaned the bathroom, which was spotless by the time they were done with it, and the guest bedroom, including the carpet, which is now in much better shape thanks to them. And they it all in less than 2 hours! Furthermore, the correspondence leading up to the day of the job (and even after) was top-notch. Brian was VERY responsive to every message. He was also thorough and thoughtful with each response. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because the crew showed up about 10 minutes late and the walls and baseboards weren't wiped down, which I thought would be included with a room cleaning, especially since we had removed all furniture, etc. But I'd definitely hire this company again, and I'd highly recommend them to anyone looking for great customer service and a clean home! Just be sure to outline all of the work that you're expecting to be done in detail so you're all on the same page and Brian can give you the most accurate price.
This Pro is very professional and showed up earlier than he originally told me. Which was great. He would have got a five, but a few things had my wife and I feeling that the service was not a 5 star. He does not move any furniture out of the way. So be ready and have your furniture out of the way ahead of time. Other offers I got the cleaners said they would move furniture to clean the entire room. Due to timing of this project and the fact that he was already at my house we let him do the work anyway. Otherwise I would have cancelled. Besides that the areas he cleaned looks great. Carpets are taking a lot longer to dry than what was estimated. Basement level is still very wet. Was expecting the carpet to be much dryer since he uses a truck vacuum. We Hired him and paid extra compared to other pros based on the truck. But don’t see the extra value in it. Beside that he did a great job. I also could have asked more questions before time.
I think Mr. Cisneros did an excellent job for me. He apparently has good equipment, and he cleaned the upholstery of my furniture pieces very thoroughly. And he is also flexible in terms of fees when the chairs that I initially included in the list did not arrive on time upon his arrival to do the job. So I gave him a 5-star, and highly recommend his service.
John Mark Power responded very promptly to our request for a quote and he showed up at our house within a day or two to see the furniture himself. He provided a timely quote and was very knowledgeable about the furniture. He has upholsterers that he works with and makes the process seamless.

Although we cannot speak of Andrey's repair & refinishing furniture skills because we did not use his services, I can say that he was very responsive, very polite and very thoughtful in all of our communications. His quote was very feasible too.
BES cleaned several pieces of upholstered furniture and 5 separate areas of wall to wall carpet (including two sets of stairs). Everything from start to finish was simply perfect. Caitlyn and her team are a pleasure to work with. It was honestly very refreshing to have had such an easy time getting these chores done. I will definitely call on Caitlyn and BES again!
We had several pieces of office furniture that needed assembling and Nate did an excellent job. He was on time, finished all pieces in a reasonable amount of time and offered to come back when one of the pieces was damaged during shipping. We couldn't be happier and will continue to have him back when the need arises.
In planning our move from Northern Virginia to our home in Florida, My wife and I faced a potentially costly issue with having to replace our dining room table and buffet set, because the 104" long table would not fit into the considerably smaller dining room in our new home in Florida. Although we really did not want to replace the set, we had already conceded that we would have to run a local Craigslist ad, and hopefully be able to find a buyer who would offer us pennies on a dollar for the set, or have to give it away for free before the movers show up in 30 days. My wife was already looking at $5,000 replacement sets. Ouch! Running out of time, I thought if I could find a skilled woodworking craftsman that would take on a small but challenging project such cutting down a table top by about 20", we may be able to make the dining set work in the new home. Through Thumbtack, I described the project, received a list of potential woodworkers, and solicited to a half dozen furniture builders for the project. I received a response from only one individual, Gerry Hurley of Max Min Design. I read the reviews of Gerry's work, and impressed by the photos of his past projects, we hired Gerry. Gerry's price to do the project was very reasonable, and in addition, he said that he would be able to complete the job in ample time before the movers show up. Gerry got right on it. He came to the house with the right tools and was able to do a fantastic job; cutting down the table top, making the necessary modifications to the under supports, shortening the finished side rails, and stained and finished the end cut surface to perfectly match the rest of the table. Gerry even used scrap from wood removed to make a number of matching wood plugs to cover all the new screw holes in the shortened side rails, to look exactly like the original construction. To look at the table now, it is impossible to detect that the table had ever been modified. In addition, Gerry also stained and finished the 20" section that was removed so that I can possibly use later for a nice sized matching coffee table. All I need to do is add the four legs. Gerry, I welcome you and your good ethical nature to this USA. The end product and the professionalism you show in your work clearly portrays the pride you take in your skill and craftsmanship. I brought Craig three pieces of antique furniture to repair: my great-grandmother's Eastlake chair and side table, and an expanding table. I wish I had before pictures - all three pieces were badly scratched up. The expanding table had been previously repaired incorrectly, and had a wobbly leg. Craig restored each piece to its former beauty. I hope they will be pieces I can share with my grandchildren. Craig communicated clearly my options at each step - he gave his recommendation but was not pushy. He was committed to my project and took painstaking care to finish the details of these pieces in the correct way. Craig also helped me to coordinate an upholsterer for the chair. We had a great experience with USA Clean Master. We called to get an estimate for cleaning our sofa and armchair. The gentleman over the phone was very polite; he gave me an estimated price for the job, and we scheduled an appointment. On the day of the cleaning, I received a call from their technician 30 minutes before his arrival. He was very professional and friendly. He did an excellent job removing all the stains and odor from our furniture. I appreciated his effort in cleaning it. I will recommend them to friends and family.
