Frank was super responsive from the jump. We stayed in communication for a few weeks until the two day job was set up and completed (delayed start due to rain). He parged our chimney when other estimates said it would be a rebuild which I appreciate. We also had it relined. I have confidence that the jobs were a good investment to protect our chimney for a long while. Would recommend Frank’s services.

Frank responded very quickly to my chimney needs. I thought I was going to run into some dufficulty with Frank when my long work hours did not allow me to respond to emails or texts right away, but Frank was very patient and communicated with me every step of the way and even waited for me to get off of work after 9pm to address any questions that I may have had. Frank is personable, knowledgeable, and keeps you appraised of each step of the job. Cleans up job site at the end of each day and tells you when he will arrive the next day. He did more than the original scope of the requested work, and stayed within the estimate. He also pointed out possible problems in the future not related to the work. Took before and after pictures and e-mailed them as well as his receipt. After the onsite estimate, e-mailed me a copy and added the additions of work requested , with adjusted price if needed.
