Frank was very responsive to my request to have work done. I hired him to repair my brick sidewalk but I have not had the work done yet because I am waiting for approval from the Borough. I am confident that Frank will start work as soon as my paperwork is approved.

Above all, you taking the time and patience to educate us as to the actual cause of our problems and the step by step actions required to resolve them spoke volumes of your Experience in Masonry and your exceptional Character! We appreciate the point-tucking & sealing of Fieldstone foundations, sealing of freestanding Eastside brick wall, and the repairs, painting & sealing of lower parge coating around North and West foundation walls. Working with you has been a pleasure—and an education!! You will be our only call, and recommendation, going forward for any Masonry Repairs or Advice! (Note: Nature threw everything at your repairs this past week!….no river of water in cellar, no leaks around well housing, and Humidity —that was measured at 85% before your repairs—holding steady at 45% !!!!!). Your experience and honesty saved us an actual $22,230 in unnecessary and dishonest work by a “reputable” wet basement repair company! WE CANNOT THANK YOU ENOUGH!!!!
