- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I believe every job need diagnosis prices might vary accordingly. Prices are firm prices but my priority is to get the job done right initially.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I never discriminate any of my customers racially, regiously or physical features so my process to all my customers is to educate, build strong client/worker bond and execute.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been in plumbing industry for a decade to earn my experience and knowledge which leads me to my fantastic customers today.
