Francis responded quickly to my job need, which was to move a very heavy solid wood Murphy bed up some tight stairs. He was very professional and had availability within a couple of days. Unfortunately the bed had to be disassembled to fit, which made the job take close to two hours, and in the process, part of the Murphy bed mechanism broke. Francis was up-front about that, which I appreciated, and he stated that he would replace the part. Unfortunately, I have contacted him three times since with no response about arranging a time to replace the part.
