- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I price according to the customers first request. I price out for quality food and services I will be doing and my time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will ask what they are considering for food. I will suggest meal options if they need help. I work with the clients as we are a team.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked with many chefs on catering events. I also have been in the food service for over 20 years. My job title is Chef Manager with the company I work for on a daily basis.
