Louise did a wonderful job preparing and serving a delicious meal for our backyard wedding reception. She was prompt, professional, and enthusiastic. She even offered to box everything up and put it away in our fridge. I would highly recommend Louise for any catering need!

Louise and her daughter Erica did an amazing job at my parents' 50th wedding anniversary celebration! They arrived ten minutes before the doors opened to start setting up for the event, kept the food table clean and fully stocked, served approximately 70 people, and did an excellent job cleaning up afterwards. They improvised perfectly when needed and helped enormously in making this event a great success!

I price according to the customers first request. I price out for quality food and services I will be doing and my time.

I will ask what they are considering for food. I will suggest meal options if they need help. I work with the clients as we are a team.

I have worked with many chefs on catering events. I also have been in the food service for over 20 years. My job title is Chef Manager with the company I work for on a daily basis.
