We had Claudia and her team do a deep clean of my parents home since cleaning has become more difficult. It was a big task but the team did a fantastic job with an amazing attention to detail. We came home to a sparkling home and are so glad we now have a great cleaner to keep the house clean and healthy.

Claudia was recommended to us by our realtor when we bought our new home, and we were not disappointed! She and her team were very thorough, and kept in touch throughout the day, since we were still located 2 states away. She sent pictures of the tasks that were completed as she went through the house. Everything was sparkling by the time she was done. Would recommend Claudia for anyone who is thinking of using a cleaning service.

Claudia cleaned my apartment with Biddeford before I moved out - it was a big 4 bedroom for me and my roommates, and she did a great job! 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room and kitchen, fully clean. I got my deposit back, thank you Claudia!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
They should know that my prices are according their necessities, it could be like as a deep cleaning and regular cleaning. Most of the time, I recommend them the deep cleaning first because in that way when I do the regular cleaning it is easier to maintain the place neat and sparkling. Services on additional cost are: inside of the refrigerator, oven, windows.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I start to work with a new customer, I tried to make hm or her to be comfortable with me and make sure that they can let me know any questions or concerns about what they expect from my job.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Well, even though I am a woman and I am the one who cleans my place clean, we never end to learn something new about cleaning. Besides, I believe even though this job is hard to have good equipment and good supplies for cleaning do our job easier and more efficient.
