I never even made it to the property to give this gentalmen a price to plow. He told me what he was going to pay and I was never highered. Respond a quickly as I can wich in this business is about 24hrs. He was extremely pushy, rude and inpatient. He obviously wanted some one imidatly after the storm and I already have plowing customers.

We reached out with through several different contact mediums each time to up date this customer. Most of time there was no response. We had to contact his relator to communicate with him. We where proactive with the design and found out that the designer made a mistake on an elevation causing pump station be required for the system. The customer blamed us for the additional work and cost. This project took twice as long as typical. The plumbing inspector in the town was not responsive to any one but the local realtor. The inspector had previous negative run in with the site evaluator/ designer and didn't want to work with his design. We tried to contact him several times for inspection and it was weeks from initial to final. Needless to say this was a challenging project for many reasons. The project was completed and the client was able to sell his camp. The new buyer is an engineer with who has designed many septic systems in another state. He checked on the project at many stages and was happy with the installation of the system.

I can tell you that A&G (Teague) is very qualified for the work he performs. He takes the time to be sure and follow specific rules as defined by the DEP and EPA for specialized projects. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?First and foremost make sure they are informed of the product and services their going to get. Make sure the applicable paperwork is filled out by them correctly and they understand it thoroughly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Every winter i do continuing education in conjunction with the professional groups and organizations i below with. I hold and internal training for my employees before things pick back up in the spring.
