They asked me for lots of information. Seemed only interested in emailing sporadically back and forth. He would not agree or show any interest in calling and speaking to me either on the phone or coming by. If a person who has a business isn't even able to be man and talk to someone like a man, how can he claim to be a BUSINESSman? It's all very strange and I'm beginning to stay clear of these types of small trades businesses and, frankly sits like ThumbTack. They seem to be becoming the new craigslist. At this point, I would not trust the person to do any work for me.
Aug 13, 2020VerifiedA & H Properties's replyWe replied via e-mail and left numerous message with out a return phone call. I think in this case there was a communication break down. The second time we responded with an e-mail asking about drawings. We where told the customer didn't want to work with us because we asked for drawings. We never even had an appointment with this individual or did work for them. We like to meet with our potential clients and get a feel to see if we are a good fit for each other. We tend not to judge a book by it cover. In this case we never made it to that point the potential client decided they didn't want to set up a meeting. It's pretty easy to give people low rating's on here even if you just don't want to deal with them.

Teague helped me manage a property I own in Maine. He had to help me with the eviction process for some tenants that hadn't been paying their rent. He also helps me with the maintenance of the property itself; including plowing snow in the winter and mowing the lawn in the spring and summer. Teague is very professional in his demeanor and has done everything I've asked him to do, in the time frame given. Teague seems to thrive off of his quality of work, making sure he doesn't miss anything and pays attention to detail. I appreciate the professional relationship that has grown from working with him while managing my property. He's always communicating with me via email or phone to discuss timeframe of work and keeps the communication lines open for anything I might need.

Home Waterproofing
I can tell you that A&G (Teague) is very qualified for the work he performs. He takes the time to be sure and follow specific rules as defined by the DEP and EPA for specialized projects. I would have given him a perfect score if it weren’t for the delay in completing the project. You will not go wrong if you hire A & H.
