They are a husband and wife team who spent 5 hours doing a deep clean of a place which had seen very little care in the recent years, they didn't complain or object to any special requests. They had good communication up front and answered all questions and concerns promptly. They showed up within 5 minutes of they expected time in the snow after a light storm. They got to work and continued right until the job was done.
