I described the problem and gave them the error code that was appearing after I ran the machine. I expected to wait days for service, however, there were technicians available late that day if I wanted (which of course I did). Dishwasher needed a new pump and they had the part needed with them. Very polite and professional. Would definitely call Karma again>
