Introduction: I am a professional bartender with over 10 years of experience behind the bar and an additional five years in the restaurant industry -- other than tending a bar. I have worked in some of the busiest, high-volume bars and restaurants in NYC and NJ as well as establishments with a more reserved clientele and a quieter, upscale dining atmosphere. I currently work in an unrelated field, but I continue to tend bar on a freelance basis.
