Introduction: I use every tool at my disposal to ensure my clients have the highest chances of success I can possibly give them. I am consistantly staying up to date on the LATEST research on human conciousness, the brain, NUTRITION, exercise science, psychology goal setting to name a few areas I explore. Although there are trainers who may happen to talk to you at your local gym, or trainers that can use alot of fancy names for muscles and movements, I USE SOMETHING CALLED PATHWAYS... Pathways are extremely important in any field where we wish to be successful as people. For example lets say you have tried dieting exercising and even bought some supplements and "fat burners" but you simply didnt have the determination to keep going. This isnt because you didnt have enough will power or were lazy, you just werent using the right "pathway". For example if you can change the way you think...about eating, making the right choices with what you eat will be EASY. If you can look at food as A REWARD for certain actions WE CAN LITTERALLY TRAIN OUR BRAINS to make eating healthy EFFORTLESS. This is just one expample, its backed by nueroscience and some of the worlds most effective people. Many of my clients felt like they would never get in amazing shape because of their past history. I've been going to Stu for a few months. This is the first time I've gone to a personal trainer. I highly recommend him. He is very knowledgable about body mechanics, form, and has a seemingly endless supply of exercises to work all parts of the body. Every time I go I learn something new. We work hard, he pushes me hard but knows how to laugh. He's also helped me write up workouts I can do at home to keep the strength training going.

Sometimes, when you workout, you think you are doing all the right things -- you sweat, you get tired, you kinda ache...but then there is Stu -- who shows you days later you still feel the burn. He shows you it's about your form...that you need too push just a tad more...that maybe you don't know after all -- and that's why there is Stu. It's the toughest, most gratifying workout I've done and he gets it done in 30.
