Living Balance Life Coaching

Introduction: I'm Krista Haapala, I'm a life coach, sexuality educator, and clinical sexologist. I'm the founder of Living Balance and a member of the American Counseling Association and the American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors, and Therapists. I'm currently pursuing my Ph.D. at the Institute for Advanced Study of Human Sexuality in San Francisco, California. I hold a Master of Social Work degree from the Boston College Graduate School of Social Work in Macro Practice. I also have Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Public Service from Albion College. My services includes the following: * Individual Coaching In my one-on-one sessions, we will develop a plan together based on your needs, interests and goals. You determine our coaching direction. Your coaching only continues as long as it takes for you to reach your goals. * Relationship Coaching In relational sessions, we negotiate a plan together to focus on your mutual goals. We begin with building on your communication skills as a couple. We then move into enhancing your relationship and passion through sharing and focused education. * Individuals, Couples and Groups Every individual and couple has a unique path. I appreciate and honor that and seek to provide a sensitive, trusting and informed coaching relationship. Our coaching together is a holistic, forward-looking, solution-focused, educational and skill-building relationship. In cases where therapy is more appropriate or beneficial, I will provide a referral to another qualified professional. We start your coaching with a complimentary phone session to assess if I am the right person for you. I am happy to answer questions and begin to explore what our coaching path may look like.
