Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: We are committed to the preservation of Maine's crumbling masonry infrastructure. It pleases us most, when our customers share the same passion for masonry as an art, that we have. When a customer truly understands the value of what we do and why we do it, it puts a feather in our cap. Our favorite projects, of coarse, are the projects that have historical relevance. The preservation of buildings that have become monuments and beacons of a era when clay brick was boss is our true calling.

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

When looking for an estimate for masonry restoration, whether with us or any contractor, it is really important to note that estimates for masonry restoration can be less accurate than construction estimates. Contractors do not have the luxury of assuming the worst, when preparing a restoration estimate. If contractors were to have such a luxury, restoration estimates would evolve as replacement estimates.

  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We are so very pleased with our most recent project, which was a stone wall restoration on Shore Road, in Cape Elizabeth, Maine. Our Customers are simply elated by how the wall looks today and they can rest assured that they will have many years to enjoy the view. The guys will smile every time they have the opportunity to drive down Shore Road in Cape Elizabeth. The wall was at the point where it would have to be removed, in the next couple of years. We are so glad that we were able to save it and we hope that everyone driving down Shore Road enjoys the splendor that it presents, with each and every passing.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

When looking to hire for masonry services, the best thing to look for is whether or not the contractor has worked in your area. If so, ask for an address so that you can see the quality of the work. Other questions that are important to ask is whether or not the contractor has contractor liability insurance and whether or not the work is guaranteed.
