- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Moving: Truck + 2 men @ $75 per hour. If more men are needed, the rate will be higher. All prices include the trucks. We also have set rates upon request. Rates may vary depending on seasons. Cleaning: Varies by square footage, condition of the home, and/or number of bedrooms / bathrooms. We don't believing in surprising our clients, so do our best to quote as accurately as possible in our initial quote message. Exact pricing can be given after initial inspection of the home.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If mentioned to us, we offer a first time customer discount and references. No up front deposits are required.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I pay close attention to the real estate market and moving moving trade all the time. I have a degree in business, have worked with all the major van lines, and I have worked for all the rental truck companies on a national level.
