My Husband and I moved into a new home that needed a lot of updates and Neal transformed our house into a beautiful home.

Neal added a "pod" to my house in 2024---in about 6 weeks! A very nice person to deal with, and he kept the construction site super clean. Recommended to me by a colleague who had him paint his house.

We highly recommend Neal and Clean Line Custom Remodeling and Construction. His professionalism and attention to detail are exceptional. Beyond his excellent painting craftsmanship, we were particularly impressed by his level of communication throughout the project, and ability to handle minor repairs, making the entire process seamless. Two years later, our house looks as good as the day the project was completed.

Had a great experience with Neal finishing my basement. The communication was great and he helped me with the permitting process and found me an electrician. Hard worker and great price!

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Estimates are always free. After that I will work to get you a detailed quote the day of the estimate, on the spot if possible,
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Depending on the nature of the job, I typically like to schedule an in-person estimate. After that, I'll come to your house and have you describe what you'd like to have done. Typically, this appointment is a half hour to an hour for bigger jobs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Well I got a liberal arts degree in college, I'd like to think that the money spent there helped me with my communication skills at least! Aside from that, as I've said elsewhere on this page I did a ton of different construction-related jobs before setting out on my own. I've also been a homeowner and business owner and I understand from the customer's side the priorities, and occasional anxieties, of home ownership.
