- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every event need is unique. I prefer to discuss all the details with potential clients and come to a cost everyone is confortable with.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always like to ask a few questions first. I like to have the chance for the client to get to know me and make sure I'm who they are looking for. Cost isn't everything. In event planning you have to feel comfortable that you and your planner will work as a team. It shouldn't feel like a process, it should be enjoyable.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With almost 10 years experience with events I have strong knowledge of all the componenents. I hold a Masters in Hospitality Management and a B.S. In Marketing. This combination of experience and education works well when facing the many facets of event coordination.
