Jim, Brittany and crew did an amazing job catering my sons wedding! They were hired on relatively short notice and were nothing but helpful and flexible throughout the whole process. The food was wonderful and so was the service. They were also very affordable. I highly recommend them for any event!

Jim was amazing. We started our evening off with an overview of knife skills followed by a 3 course meal and cooking lesson. We learned a lot and the food was delicious. Once all was done and we were enjoying the food he cleaned up all the dishes and left our kitchen spotless. Highly recommend.

I don’t even know where to start. We excepted the food to be good but every SINGLE dish was outstanding.. Not only was the food incredible, but the presentation was as important to Jim and Brittany as the ingredients themselves. The flavors and pairings were just superb. We felt like we were judges on a food competition show! Everything about our experience was top notch. They created a relaxed yet professional atmosphere and had perfect timing between the flow of each course. In fact, in between courses they showed us how to actually hold knives correctly, told jokes and kept the mood light. It was much more than just a “personal chef experience”. The whole affair lasted almost 3 hours during which Jim and Brittney wouldn’t accept a beer until their job was done. We can’t recommend them highly enough. If I could give 6 out of 5 stars I would!!!
