David and his fiance ( who takes care of scheduling and ordering materials) were quick to respond to my outreach to them through Thumbtack and were on time when they came to our house to see what we need to have done. They were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable & took the time to go over everything without making me feel like I was taking too much of their time. They immediately set about sourcing the materials while being mindful of our budget. They're waiting for a couple of items to arrive and they will come get the job done. From the pictures they have sent me of other projects of theirs and everything we've discussed, I am confident that we will be very happy with the results.
