M&N Holdings

M&N Holdings is a founder-led, boutique property management company serving landlords and rental property owners throughout Southern Maine. We specialize in providing personalized, hands-off management solutions for small landlords and investors with 1–5 rental units. Unlike large property management companies, we intentionally keep our client base small to deliver attentive, responsive service where your property is never just another number on a spreadsheet. Our services include tenant communication, rental coordination, maintenance oversight, property inspections, lease administration, and more. We also have firsthand experience navigating Section 8 housing and voucher programs. Founded by a scientist with a background in regulated environments, M&N Holdings brings a unique approach rooted in organization, accountability, attention to detail, and intentional care. Our philosophy is simple: Enjoy the benefits of property ownership without the day-to-day headaches. We handle the details so you can focus on what matters most.
