FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not have a standard pricing system because I believe every service's price is dependent upon lots of different factors and customer's expectations. I have worked at the homes of residential clients that demand contractor grade service for their personal property. Other times I work for landlords or contractors who are trying to quickly rent or flip houses and need quick solutions to nagging problems. I try to be extremely flexible and solution oriented, while utilizing professionals with very unique skill sets, to solve problems and work to satisfy various budgets, expectations and deadlines.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will communicate with a new customer over either email, face-to-face interaction, texts or phone calls to meet their needs. I have several customers who live out of the area and need me to perform work for them and send pictures and correspondence over e-mail to accommodate their demanding schedules. Other clients require more personal interactions to insure certain details, completion dates and preferences are met. A new customer will be given timely, professional, free estimates or problem solving suggestions in a pressure free framework. At PWW Services, I strive to form business relationships with clients because I believe my best advertising is my existing clientele!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor's degree in Agronomy from Michigan State University. I was a golf course superintendent for 3 years and then a landscape supervisor for 3 years. I have followed up my education by taking classes at Hidden Lake Gardens (ornamental pruning) and staying busy working full time in the construction and property management fields.
