- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?It is impossible for us to implement a standard pricing system for our service. Each one of our client's situation is unique to them and therefor their solution is unique to them as well. That is why we rely on clear communication and a detailed question and answer session to start the process.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Our typical on-bording process for a new client will start with our Discovery process. We have a series of questions that help us understand our client's needs, goals, and pain points. Most of our clients come to us seeking more exposure, more customers and a higher rank in the search engines. That is understandable. But, the road to accomplish that for our clients is not the same for evey business. Our Discovery process is what helps us choose the right course of action and when to take that action.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?My formal education is in Industrial Engineering with an emphasis in robotics. There isn't a place to go to school for Search Engine and Website Optimization or Authority Brand Building. It's a fast changing science and art. However, we do belong to a Think Tank that includes the country's best digital marketers & SEO professionals. And, we have been for many years.
