I called Richard at All Phases about an exterior siding issue. He called me back immediately, was very knowledgeable, and spent almost half an hour helping me debug the problem. Although he was too busy to take on my project, he was extremely generous with his time and advice and I would definitely hire him for my next project.

We hired All Phases to replace all the rotting wood trim on our 25 year old home. Our neighbors gave us rave reviews on the work they had done on their house. Rod and Richard are both very professional and hard workers. They completed the job to the letter just as they proposed at the price we negotiated. We had Rod paint the interior of our home previously and found these guys to be a pleasant and reliably sound choice for our home repairs.

I called RIchard at All Phases for some window replacements. Unfortunately he was unavailable because of his workload, but he very generously gave me advice for over 20 minutes. RIchard is very knowledgeable and his workload speaks for the quality of his work. I would wholeheartedly recommend him for any of your home needs.

My wife and I have had All Phases Home Services do the exterior maintenance on our home over the past 20 years. They first came to our attention when we saw them working in our neighborhood, saw how thorough they were, and saw how well their work withstood the elements. Their on site professionalism only enhanced our opinion of them.We have had All Phases Home Services maintain and paint our wood trim and cedar shake, replace our gutters , and redo our stairs and porch at our front door with 100% satisfaction every time.
FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is always custom and based on the specific details of your project. I provide transparent, detailed written quotes with no hidden fees after assessing the work needed. I personally follow up every request immediately with a call, text, or email to discuss your options, answer questions, and give you a clear quote before any work begins. A deposit is required to schedule the job, with the balance due upon completion. Because I handle every job myself with no subcontractors, you get consistent quality and direct accountability from start to finish.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I personally follow up every request immediately with a call, text, or email to set up an appointment. I then take the time to educate you on the options and provide a clear, detailed quote. If it’s a good fit, I schedule the work and handle every step myself from start to finish — I don’t use subcontractors.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a family member who started siding in the 1970’s so I’ve pretty much been exposed to most siding problems and products.
