MY BACKGROUND My career has been eclectic: executive-level leadership, small-business ownership, business turnaround consulting and project management, I have created and facilitated award-winning global executive leadership programs, corporate compliance training and global learning strategy. The industries I have worked in are just as varied: healthcare, human and social services, manufacturing including automotive, nonprofit, construction and retail to name a few - everything from tech startups to 100-year-old, Fortune 20 companies. The unique twist I add to my broad and deep corporate experience is that I am a classically trained musician and visual artist. My fine arts background is my competitive advantage, as it augments my ability to be the highly perceptive, dynamic, empathic, and creative coach I am today.

I had the pleasure of working with Barbara in a professional setting a couple of years ago, and I am glad to have the opportunity to stay connected with her. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do my best to offer a sliding scale when available and appropriate. Everything will be agreed upon and contracted prior to starting the coaching experience. Coaching of this type is not reimbursed through health insurance, however, if you seek executive coaching with me, your company may have a budget for it.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After an initial screening, if we seem like a good coaching match for each other, I offer a complimentary, 30-minute video chat for us to talk in-depth about goals wanted out of coaching and determine whether to engage in a coaching agreement.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an Allied Health degree, in which the curriculum included: adult learning theory, education, special education, psychology, biology, anatomy/physiology, sociology, with extensive clinical training and a 9-month internship. I have decades of experience in developing and facilitating executive leadership development programs around the world, turnaround consulting in small and large privately-held businesses, and coaching a wide range of people in various parts of the world. As an ICF certified professional coach, I successfully completed a coaching training program at an ICF certified coaching school.
