I am convinced that Harriette can make any cultural dish---Thai, Greek, Soul Food. If you name it, she can prepare it and she does it all with excellence. She enjoys pleasing her customer and will go the extra mile to make sure your taste buds, heart, and soul have a great experience. Harriette is also an excellent baker--pies, cakes, and delicious sweet foods are included in her repertoire. Many cooks specialize in making certain types of dishes. I would venture to say tha Harriette is an all-around chef. Highly recommend!
We had Andrew from Creative Gourmet Hospitality cater our holiday meal in Melvindale, MI last week .. for 3 shifts -- approx 75 people. He did an amazing job for us -- Andrew was very helpful w/ menu planning and nice to work with. The food was amazing! DLG catered our backyard wedding for a 150 people. Kevin helped create a unique experience and menu for our occasion that was fresh, full of flavor and abundant. He suggested local and seasonal items and prepared them so that all the guest (vegetarians, gluten-free and meat-eaters alike) could enjoy them. Our guests raved over the food and fun of a food truck! His team was professional and accommodating and even helped bus the tables. The costs per person was less than comparable services and the food was made to order. Outstanding!
