- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, but I am willing to work with the client.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Either telephone but typically a sit down meeting to discuss what they are looking for. Schedule, budget, photos, location and sign a contract. Really getting to know the clients needs and what they want is important.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended Washtenaw Community College Photography Program. I have done online editing programs for Photoshop CS5 for further learning and as well for Lightroom. I have been entered into contests and will start doing shows.
